You may return merchandise in its original condition, within 7 days after receiving. Shipping cost is non-refundable. We will charge a 20% restocking fee for any merchandise. We are not responsible for the shipping cost to return an order. Customer responsible for all expenses. We require the following information to process your return. (If this information is not included, we will be unable to process your return.) • User Name • Full Name • Reason for returning your order All returns must have a tracking number. We are not responsible for the return package until the tracking number is marked as “delivered” to our facility. Once received, please allow 5 business days for your return or exchange to be processed.
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 5 to 20 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Assuming no weather delays, orders will normally arrive between 5-20 business days WORLDWIDE. If for any reason we anticipate a delay in your order, we will immediately contact you to inform you of the delay cause.
